The Executive Producer is responsible for all project allocation, budget tracking, and is the key communicator between our Creative, Production and Distribution departments. Working closely with the Studio and Dispatch Manager, the Executive Producer ensures Emotive is fully resourced to deliver world-class campaigns in advertising, content, and experiences.
As Executive Producer, you’re responsible for the development, implementation and achievement of the Production department’s annual strategic goals ensuring they align with the broader Emotive business plan.
Key responsibilities include –
-Act as the primary liaison between clients and Emotive’s production team on a project basis. Produce and manage shoots from pre to post-production.
-Provide strategic support to the Creative and Distribution teams.
-Provide job estimates in consultation with COO to ensure projects are completed within budget. Conduct project review and analysis including job profitability.
-Understand digital centricity especially in the world of social media.
-Ensure Producers are working within timeline and budget parameters and assist / oversee all projects.
-Ensure contractual compliance with talent and client requirements.
-Assist with production schedules and allocate resources to ensure timely delivery of outputs. Oversee the constant update of production schedules including implementation and on- boarding of project ‘road map’ processes.
-Ensure quality control of all content outputs in consultation with the CD.
-Communicate project status and risks to relevant stakeholders throughout project.
-Develop systems to mitigate project risk.
-Expand and document Emotive’s first class freelance pool.
-Work with the COO to devise efficient processes to enhance the quality of projects.
-Create and encourage a culture of collaboration, creativity, communication and enthusiasm. Develop and deepen existing client relationships and partner opportunities.
-Build strong interdepartmental relationships to maximize collaboration and positively impact office culture.
-Deep understanding of delivering end to end campaigns across Digital, TV, Print, OOH and experiential.
-Ability to react and respond to high intensity timelines in a calm and controlled manner.
