The Senior Producer will manage project allocation, budget tracking, and facilitate communication between our Creative, Production and Distribution teams. Working closely with the Studio and Dispatch Manager you will ensure Emotive is fully resourced to deliver fearless emotive ideas that come alive in advertising, content, experiences.
Key responsibilities include –
-Provide job estimates in consultation with the EP and COO and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
-Produce and manage shoots from pre to post-production.
-Line Producing experience on set.
-Proven experience as an integrated Producer across production (mandatory) and agency (preferred).
-Understand digital centricity especially in the world of social media.
-Conduct project reviews and analysis including job profitability.
-Provide strategic support to the Creative and Distribution teams.
-Ensure contractual compliance with talent and client requirements.
-Assist with creation of production schedules and allocate resources to ensure timely delivery of outputs.
-Oversee constant updates of production schedules including implementation and on-boarding of project ‘road map’ processes.
-Ensure quality control of all content outputs in consultation with the CD and EP.
-Communicate project status and risks to relevant stakeholders throughout project.
-Adhere to (and continually develop) best practice systems to mitigate project risk.
-Work with the Executive Producer to devise efficient processes to enhance the quality of projects.

-Deep understanding of delivering end to end campaigns across Digital, TV, Print, OOH and experiential.
-Assist with developing strategy for the Production team in consultation with the EP.
-Create and encourage a culture of collaboration, creativity, communication and enthusiasm. Develop and deepen existing client relationships and partner opportunities.
-Build strong interdepartmental relationships to maximize collaboration and positively impact office culture.
