The Challenge: Make postpartum womxn feel more like themselves again, with products that make them feel dignified but also through creating a space in culture for them to reclaim their bodies, acknowledge their emotions and express their personalities.
We don’t often see the full reality of postpartum in society. Not online, and not in real life. For example, search ‘postpartum’ and on one end there’s disheartening photos of mums scared or frustrated, and on the other, glossy snaps of unrealistically fit, blissed-out celebs. And whilst this may be the reality for some, it did not go far enough to reflect the experience of many more – falling short of making future mums feel adequately prepared for this time in their life, but also new mums feel fully seen and understood.
